What is DeepCure?
Utilizing AI-driven discovery to find and create better molecules for faster cures in immune and inflammatory diseases, the DeepCure DiscoveryHub™ platform enables seamless sharing of data and molecular design between research team members. They had developed a functional proof of concept but recognized the user experience needed significant improvement before entering the consumer market.
What we needed to Achieve
Working closely with the CTO and members of the development team, I assessed their current build and made suggestions to improve. This involved evaluating page content, consolidating layout types, and creating a more intuitive user flow that reduces development effort, introducing and organizing a side rail navigation system, custom iconography, and documenting light / dark mode color palettes. Once the PoC refresh was completed, we re-engaged to visually rebrand the company with a more modern logo, website, presentation design and templates for their team to use.
Results
We transformed a technically dense research interface into a clearer, more intuitive experience that improved comprehension across scientific and non-scientific stakeholders.
The improved structure and visual communication reduced cognitive load, making it easier to navigate complex datasets and understand therapeutic pathways.
This work supported stronger external communication of the platform’s value, particularly in research collaborations and strategic discussions with stakeholders.
